Our Story
We started CoSpero because we were tired of watching brilliant, big-hearted leaders burn out trying to do everything—with too little time, too few resources, and way too many meetings.
Harold founded CoSpero after years as a teacher and football coach, where the playbook was clear but the systemic barriers were not. He kept asking: what do people actually need? (Spoiler: it’s not another pilot that skips community input.) Lauren brought her gift for turning chaos into clarity, and her deep respect for the emotional toll of social change work, especially after sprinting through every tier of the education system. Together, we’ve built a firm that helps organizations align their vision, values, and action, without the jargon, ego, or three-ring binders.
