We’re excited to invite Nevada educators and school leaders to an evening of connection, learning, and practical planning powered by Opportunity 180 and rooted in content from CoSpero Consulting’s Leadership Lap Cohort Series. Over the past six months, school leaders across Southern Nevada have been building practical skills and tools to strengthen campus engagement and family trust. At this event, you’ll get a high value preview of what the cohort experience is like, real strategies, real examples, and time to reflect and plan with other leaders. 

During this session, we will:

• Reflect on current campus practices that are building trust with families or unintentionally chipping away at it
• Ground our work in CoSpero’s Four Pillars of Trust: Clarity, Consistency, Compassion, and Community
• Identify how social, political, and emotional realities are shaping families’ experiences with school in 2026
• Draft ready-to-use messages and build a 30-day communication rhythm that centers trust
• Explore tools and strategies for communication that are more inclusive, multilingual, accessible, and visually consistent
